Arterium is among the top 100 best employers in Ukraine
TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest" and Delo.ua have announced the winners of the Best Employers rating in 2025. "Arterium was included in the list of companies that actively form their teams, develop and support employees.
Our company was first voted for by everyone on the Delo.ua website, and then the expert jury selected the best. The participants were evaluated according to the following criteria:
- corporate training and development programs for young professionals;
- social package and methods of improving staff welfare;
- automation of HR processes and introduction of innovations in HR management;
- tools for remuneration, compensation and financial support;
- level of corporate culture and internal communications;
- support for mobilized personnel and re-socialization of veterans.
These areas are the basis of Arterium's policy as an employer. Every year, the company implements and scales up various programs for employees to improve working conditions, encourage them to develop their professional skills, quality of work and interaction with colleagues.
