The shortage of personnel in Ukraine is increasingly motivating for domestic companies to make efforts to cultivate valuable personnel in-house. At Arterium, we do this owing to an extensive training system. We have almost three dozen mentors, more than 150 corporate teachers, dozens of training programs and over 200 courses on our online platform.
“We devote a lot of time to developing each training program so that employees learn the maximum amount of information that will be needed in their work. In addition, we encourage employees to participate in external training events and compensate for training costs without limiting employees' choice,” said Olha Tsapro, Human Resources Director of Arterium Corporation.
