New infusion production capacities emerge in Ukraine
Galychpharm (Arterium Corporation), has launched a new line for production of infusion solutions. The company got a license for infusion production in December 2015, making first solution batches as early as in March 2016.
Previously, Arterium Corporation outsourced production of infusions sold under its brand. The new infusion production line will enable Arterium Corporation to strengthen its positions in the hospital segment, as well as in that for anti-bacterial products. In addition, the company will get an opportunity to gain a large share in the Ukrainian infusion market.
The new facility is equipped with a depyrogenation oven, where glass flasks are sterilised with hot air at a temperature of 250 °C to ensure high quality of sterile intravenous drugs.
