This project serves as a platform for dialogue between veterans and companies without intermediaries, allowing them to better understand each other, learn, inspire, and support others on a similar path.
The topic of the third episode was the employment of veterans in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors. During the meeting, experiences were shared by Anna Yehorova, the head of Arterium's Corporate University, and OleksiiPrytula, a veteran who returned to civilian work as a veterinarian after being injured.
Despite losing both limbs, Oleksii remained confident that he could find employment. Moreover, work became a means for him to fully socialize and reintegrate. His employer became a reliable support for him.
How can a company build a veteran policy so that every mobilized and demobilized employee feels the employer's reliable support? Anna Yehorova discussed the journey Arterium took in implementing its reintegration program:
- We developed a guide listing all the services available to veterans and their families.
- Introduced a specialist position for working with veterans.
- Practice an individual approach to each employee.
- Created a communication channel to support demobilized soldiers and employees waiting for their loved ones to return.
We have signed a number of memoranda and agreements:
- With the platform "Rozmova," providing free psychological assistance to veterans, their families, and employees whose loved ones are currently at the front.
- With the VeteranHub foundation to collaborate on creating comfortable conditions for the readaptation of veterans.
- With the Kruk Center to jointly work on the employment of military personnel.
