“Arterium” customers are satisfied with the quality of products and services provided.
According to the partner survey results received from the Company’s main distribution partners, we were given high scores for our performance and efforts.
The survey was conducted among eight of the largest distributors of TM “Arterium” products. It is important for us to determine whether our partners are satisfied with the cooperation and how successful it is.
According to the 2023 survey results, partner satisfaction increased from 93% to 98% compared to 2022. In particular, partners emphasised the three most important advantages of “Arterium”:
- the level of interaction with the Company’s employees,
- the specific approach to working with products,
- the participants also admitted that a positive experience of using TM “Arterum” products also influenced their opinion.
It is important to get feedback from distribution companies because it is them who assess the quality of each lot of TM “Arterium” products during incoming inspection. Distributors perform random packaging checks and visual inspections of products.
One of TM “Arterium” priorities is to supply customers with top-quality products. The company monitors product quality throughout its entire life cycle: we assess the quality of product components and packaging materials according to the USP and EUP, develop future production technology in accordance with the principles of Quality by Design, our product manufacturers are in compliance with the requirements of GMP and HACCP, and we store and transport finished products according to the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines.
