Доповнення до стандартного лікування із застосуванням β-блокаторів з метою зниження ризику захворюваності та летальності, пов’язаних із серцево-судинними захворюваннями, у стабільних пацієнтів з дисфункцією лівого шлуночка (фракція викиду лівого шлуночка ≤ 40 %) та клінічними ознаками серцевої недостатності після нещодавно перенесеного інфаркту міокарда. Доповнення до стандартної оптимальної терапії з метою зниження ризику захворюваності та летальності, пов’язаної із серцево-судинними захворюваннями, у дорослих пацієнтів із серцевою недостатністю II класу (хронічною) за класифікацією NYHA та дисфункцією лівого шлуночка (фракція викиду лівого шлуночка ≤ 30 %) (див. розділ «Фармакодинаміка»).

Adding to standard treatment with the use of beta-blocker with the purpose of decline of risk of the morbidity and death rate, related to the cardiovascular diseases, for stable patients with disfunction of the left ventricle (faction of the troop landing of the left ventricle ≤40%) and the clinical signs of heart failure after the recently carried heart attack of myocardium. Adding to standard optimal therapy with the purpose of decline of risk of morbidity and death rate related to the cardiovascular diseases, for adult patients with the heart failure of II of class (chronic) on classification of NYHA and disfunction of the left ventricle (faction of the troop landing of the left ventricle ≤30%).
