The treatment of duodenal ulcer; prevention of relapse of duodenal ulcer; treatment of benign gastric ulcer; prevention of recurrence of benign gastric ulcer; in combination with appropriate antibiotics for eradication of Helicobacter pylori in peptic ulcer; the treatment of gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NAID); prevention of gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NAID) in patients risk categories; the treatment of reflux-esophagitis; long-term treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease; the treatment of symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease; treatment of Zollinger-Ellison. Children. Omeprazole recommended for children aged 1 year and weighing more than 10 kg at reflux-esophagitis symptomatic treatment of heartburn and acid regurgitation in gastroesophageal reflux disease; children aged 4 years to treat duodenal ulcers caused by H. pylori, under medical supervision.
