Infections due to levofloxacin-susceptible microorganisms: lower respiratory tract infections (acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia), acute sinusitis, complicated urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis, skin and soft tissue infections.
