Work with veterans
Currently, we have a program "Caring about You", which is focused on four groups of people:

How we at Arterium help our conscripted colleagues:
- keep their job positions for them;
- continue to pay their wages;
- provide them with first-aid kits, support charitable fundraising for them;
- provide an opportunity to use free psychological assistance;
- show our care through regular parcels with goodies and children's drawings;
- always keep in touch with our conscripted colleagues.
For the relatives of our conscripted colleagues, we at Arterium provide:
- psychological assistance;
- an opportunity to undergo a free medical examination and receive medications;
- children of veterans can take part in a competition for a grant to study at a higher educational institution and complete a student internship at the Arterium company.
What we at Arterium provide to our colleagues discharged from the army:
- loyal working conditions during the re-adaptation period;
- psychological assistance;
- support for physical and psychological rehabilitation - the opportunity to rest in health resort facilities;
- the possibility of extended medical examination and treatment, if necessary;
- subscription to a sports club.
What we at Arterium provide to our employees with relatives – military personnel:
- psychological assistance;
- circle of support (psychological training aimed at restoring the resource);
- receipt of medicines for the relatives of military personnel.
The company signed memoranda:
- with the Kruk Center for joint work on the employment of military personnel who take training courses developed by the company on the specified platform with the possibility of further employment at the Arterium company;
- with Veteran Hub Charitable Foundation, the specialists of which provide us and our veterans with consulting services as needed.
