Ringera solution for the treatment of electrolyte imbalance
Ringera from Arterium is a generic prescription drug that expands the existing line of drugs in the form of infusion solutions. The drug is used to increase blood volume and to treat dehydration, diarrhoea, burns, frostbite, severe infectious diseases, shock, collapse, as well as in the postoperative period. The drug is also used to dilute concentrated electrolyte solutions. The active substances sodium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium dihydrate enable the correction of electrolyte imbalance in patients due to the more "physiological" composition of ions, which is closer to the ionic composition of blood plasma than isotonic sodium chloride solution. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ringera solution is included in the list of medicines for prevention of the occurrence and spread of the coronavirus disease in Ukraine. Arterium will donate the first batch of manufactured products to medical and preventative institutions as part of its charitable activities.
