Health Routes are becoming even more convenient to use. Today, they are available on GPS devices as well. You can always download a GPS track of the route you need here. This option will help you follow the route using any GPS navigator or special software for smartphones.
Health Routes were laid out to popularize active lifestyle among adults and children. The absence of substantial altitude drops and impassable sections makes these routes suitable for both experienced bikers and first-timers. Moreover, they run through very picturesque locations.
To ease orientation on the ground, all routes are equipped with information boards and are marked with special arrows. Following them, you won’t get lost and will make your bicycle ride safe, beneficial to health and pleasant.
Health Routes run through the following parks:
Kyiv: Syretskyi Hai Park, Druzhby Narodiv Park, Holosiivskyi Park, Pushcha-Vodytsia Forest, Mykilskyi Forest, Bykovnianskyi Forest;
Lviv: Znesinnia Park;
Rivne: Hydropark;
Zhytomyr: Hydropark.
