Arterium Recognized as the Top Employer in Ukraine’s Pharmaceutical Industry According to Students
Arterium, a leading pharmaceutical company, has reaffirmed its status as the most attractive employer in the industry, based on the results of EY’s “Best Employer – 2024” survey conducted by the international auditing and consulting firm EY.
According to the independent mentions rating, where respondents were asked to name the top three most attractive employers of their choice, Arterium ranked first among pharmaceutical companies.
Respondents who named Arterium as an attractive employer identified the following key factors as most important when seeking a job:
- Competitive basic salary
- Flexible working hours
- Official employment (job security)
- Willingness of the company to hire students
- Strong employer market reputation

In 2024, we not only continued developing our educational initiatives, but also held a number of events focused on strengthening cooperation between business and educational institutions.
