Arterium has received three awards at the annual HR Brand Ukraine 2024 Awards
Two training programs won in key nominations: “Career Step” – a program designed to strengthen employees’ leadership potential, the company’s professional expertise, and create opportunities for professional and career growth for each employee. The initiative won in the nomination “Best Employee Training and Development Project”
- “PHARMing the Future” – the program is aimed at popularizing the pharmaceutical industry among young people, opening up opportunities for students to study and develop in this important field. The program won in the nomination “The Best Project for Attracting Talented Youth”. The project was also recognized in the partnership nomination by Taskombank.
The HR Brand Ukraine Award is an important platform in the field of human capital, reputation and image management. Every year, companies share their own experience in implementing successful initiatives, and the best practices win. This year, winners were determined in 14 nominations.
It should be noted that last year, two of our projects related to employee well-being and their professional development have also received awards.
