An Arterium expert shared the experience of cross-functional interaction between R&D and Product Management departments with other Ukrainian pharmaceutical companies.
Yurii Sliusar, a manager for innovative R&D projects management of Arterium TM, spoke at the Product Management Conference, which took place in Kyiv and gathered almost 150 participants. Yurii talked about the cross-functional interaction between R&D and product managers during the development of a pharmaceutical product. The manager described on his own cases how to interact, plan and implement changes in the production process for the successful development of a pharmaceutical product, how to develop a joint solution to problems and challenges that arise during development.
