As of 2024, Arterium ranks among the Top 50 companies recognized for supporting their employees
Recently, the Ukrainian business publication NV, in collaboration with a consulting company Odgers Ukraine, selected 50 Ukrainian employers who support their employees during the war based on the results of 2024.
We appreciate the jury's recognition of our employee programs we implemented last year and are continuing to implement now:
– All employees have access to training opportunities. A psychological support and medical insurance program is in place. In particular, in 2024, the company helped colleagues who needed long-term treatment for complex illnesses and surgical operations.
– The company provides extra services for employees who are currently serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and their families. These services include support for mental and physical health, legal assistance, and opportunities for family leisure.
