Yuri Kovsh has been named the best IT manager in chemical industry of Ukraine

Yuri Kovsh, Director of Information Technology of Arterium Corporation, was named the best IT manager among enterprises of chemical and pharmaceutical industries of Ukraine according to the BEST CIO All-Ukrainian contest.

Among Yuri’s key achievements, which allowed him to become one of the best CIOs of Ukraine, were implementations of projects on automation of document approval processes, improvement of continuity of IT systems operation, initial use of cloud services, creation of representative offices networks, development of telephony and information safety services, expansion of ERP-system functions and many others.

“This award, first and foremost, is the merit of our team of professionals in the Corporation IT unit, as well as high appreciation of the maturity level of our IT processes. I believe that successful implementation of projects and process support both have played the key role in this achievement”, – as Yuri commented the contest results.

In Arterium, Yuri Kovsh is responsible for the development of IT-strategy, control of its implementation and key projects, as well as for the entire IT infrastructure of all enterprises the Corporation comprises, business-applications, information safety and support of business processes on the part of IT department.

It is worth reminding that in 2012 experts of the contest also highly appreciated achievements of the IT Director of Arterium Corporation and acknowledged him as the best CIO under the Pharmaceutics category.
