Out-licensing Activities:

Currently, we sell to 11 CIS countries and we aim to be competitive in the timing of our launches for our pipeline products. Our goal is to increase our presence throughout the Globe by licensing to strategic partners and supplying high quality product.

We are seeking to out license or partner on a number of our original products:

•  Neurology 

  L-LYSINE AESCINATE^®  - angioprotector (capillary stabilazing drug) - a uniqueproduct with a triple mechanism of action (decreases the vascular permeability; improves the blood reological property; has the anti-inflammatory effects). In 2010 the product was the leader in the  angioprotectors fieldat Ukrainian pharmaceutical market.(С05СХ 03** | 1mg/ml solution for intravenous injection only in 5 ml vials No.10.| Post-traumatic, intra- and postoperative edemas of any localization: serious and severe cerebral and spinal edemas, including those with intracranial hemorrhage; increased intracranial pressure and dropsical swelling syndrome; soft tissue edemas involving musculoskeletal system, associated with local blood circulation disorders and pain syndrome in the affected areas; edematous and pain syndromes in the spine, body and extremities; severe venous circulation disorders of the lower extremities in patients with acute thrombophlebitis associated with edematous-inflammatory syndrome).

• Cardiology

  TIOTRIASOLIN^® –metabolic medicationto treat cardiovascular and hepatobiliary systems’ malfunctions. In 2010 the brand name was at the3rd position in cardiology field at the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market in terms of revenue (С01ЕВ | Solution for injections ; Tablets 0.1 g №10, 0.2 g No10 | In combined therapy of ischemic heart disease:angina, myocardial infarction, postinfarction cardiosclerosis, as an adjunctive treatment for heart rhythm disorders. In combined therapy of chronic hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, fibrosis and cirrhosis of the liver)




• Urology

  UROLESANUM^®- herbal medication that exerts diuretic, spasmolytic, litholytic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action. In 2010 the product had the 2^nd position in terms of units in the field of urology at the Ukrainian market. (G04B X | Capsules;  G04B D10** | Solution 25 ml in dropper vials; G04B D10** | Syrup 90 ml in a glass bottle or jar or 180 ml in glass vials with a dosing syringe | Acute and chronic infections of the urinary tract and kidneys (cystitis and pyelonephritis), urolithiasis and uriatic diathesis (prophylaxis of calculi formation after their removal), chronic cholecystitis (including calculous), biliary dyskinesia, cholelithiasis)
