Financial Director of Kievmedpreparat (1999-2002), Executive Director (2003-2004). In 2005, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Arterium Corporation. His previous experience includes a successful career in the spheres of business consulting and audit, serving with one of the world’s leading auditing companies. Mr. Gartsylov has also been involved in providing consultancy services for privatization projects in Ukraine as well as auditing and business advisory services for financial institutions and organizations in various industries. He holds an international FCCA status issued by the ACCA. He is a graduate of Kyiv National University of Economics, Department of International Economic Relations.

Yuriy Tkachuk

Chief Finance Officer

Yuriy Tkachuk has been with the company since 1999. In 2006 he was appointed Chief Finance Officer of the Arterium Corporation. His previous positions include Financial Director of Kievmedpreparat (2003-2005) and Financial Controller of Kievmedpreparat (1999-2003). Prior to that he worked for an international auditing company rendering business consulting and auditing services (1997-1999). Education: Kyiv Mohyla Academy, diploma in Economics, Political Science and Public Administration. Master of foreign trade management gained at the Ukrainian Academy of International Trade. He holds an international FCCA status issued by the ACCA.

Olga Tsapro

Human Resourses and Labour Safety Director

Olga Tsapro has been working in the corporation since 2005. Her previous position includes Manager of Motivation, Stimulation and Corporate Culture Service. Has long-term experience of working in the sphere of Human Resources. In 1999-2005, she worked in the international cosmetic production company in the sphere of sales support and personnel training. Education: graduated from Kyiv State Pedagogical University.

Alexander Partyshev

Chief Commercial Officer

Commercial director of Kievmedpreparat (1999-2004); since 2005 – Chief Commercial Officer of the Arterium Corporation. Alexander Partyshev is responsible for the development of strategy and for the organization of the promotion and sales process of Arterium products at all geographical markets where the Corporation operates. Has a 12 years’ managerial experience at top positions in a number of large international and domestic companies. Graduated from Kyiv State Taras Shevchenko University. He holds an MBA diploma issued by the International Institute of Management.

Serhiy Smeyan

Director of Business Development at External Markets
Arterium Corporation

Deputy commercial director of Kievmedpreparat (2002-2004), since 2005 – Director of Business Development at External Markets. He is responsible for defining strategy and organizing development of sales of Arterium products at all external markets where the company operates. For over ten years, he has occupied managing positions in domestic and international companies. Graduated from Kyiv State Taras Shevchenko University and the International Institute of Management. Holds an MBA diploma and a certificate of foreign economic activity specialist.

Serhiy Sur

Research and Development Director
Arterium Corporation

Mr. Sur is a Doctor of pharmaceutical science. He joined our company in 2005. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the corporation strategy in the sphere of research and development. Mr. Sur has solid experience in the area of practical pharmacy, scientific researchers and in the state regulation of the pharmaceutical market. Education: Zaporizhya State Medical Institute, Department of Pharmacy; Post-Graduate Department of the Institute of Colloid Chemistry and Chemistry of Water within the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences.

Ihor Kolodiy

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Kolodiy joined the company in 2003. Since 2005 – Chief Operations Officer of the Arterium Corporation. Prior to this appointment he was Manufacturing Logistics Director of Kievmedpreparat (2003–2004). His responsibilities include the development and implementation of corporate production strategy in all production facilities. His previous experience includes working as Logistics Manager for a major international FMCG company in Ukraine. Education: Moscow N. Bauman State Technical University. Second higher education – Executive МВА IEDC Bled School of Management Slovenia.

Alexander Yatsyuk

In 2006 Mr. Yatsyuk was appointed Executive Director of Kievmedpreparat, JSC. His previous experience includes serving as Technical Director of Kievmedpreparat (1999_2006) and as Deputy Head and, subsequently, Head of the Production Line (1989_1999). Education: Kyiv Technological Institute of Food Industry, All-Union Financial Economic Institute, diploma of technology engineer, economist.

Aleksandr Blonskyi

Alexander Blonskyi was appointed as Executive Director of the Halychpharm OJSC at 2007. He started his career in 1993 at one of the largest Ukrainian banks. He worked for 2 years as the Chief Accountant at the international concern, from 1997 till 2006 – at the German media publishing house as the Chief Finance Officer. The last place of work – the Director of book publishing house (Russia). Education: graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University, faculty of the international economic relations.
